Welcome to Rebalance, where Home Care is made simple, concise and sharable!

This course provides 65 individual exercises appropriate to the common dysfunction patterns seen by therapists every day, all around the world. This takes the guess work out of targeted home care. Where muscles are commonly short, tight and facilitated stretching exercises are provided. Where we typically find overstretched, weak and inhibited muscles, strength training is demonstrated.

This is complemented by Compound exercises to provide greater strength through movement patterns and Stability Drills to reduce risk of injury.

Each therapist views the body through their unique lens and relate to information in different ways. These videos have thus been curated in two different presentation styles. You can search by body region and find all of the stretch and strength videos related to that area of the body all together. The second option groups the home care exercises according to conditions, with the videos listed in descending order of priority for that condition.

Below each video is a Vimeo link you can copy from the screen and share with your clients. The client can watch the video as many times as they like. This reduces the margin for error when practicing, provides added value to the client and… there’s no more excuses for not practicing!

Please note, this information is not intended to replace primary health care and exercises should be stopped immediately if they cause or increase pain. Requirements vary from one jurisdiction to another and we recommend you check with you governing body or insurer and always stay within your scope practice.
